Article 1 (Personal Information)

"Personal Information" refers to "personal information" as defined in the Personal Information Protection Act, and means information about living individuals that can identify specific individuals through names, dates of birth, addresses, telephone numbers, contact information, and other descriptions contained in such information, as well as data relating to physical features, fingerprints, and voiceprints, and information that can identify specific individuals from such information alone, such as health insurance card numbers (personal identification information).

Article 2 (Methods of Personal Information Collection)

The Company may ask for personal information such as names, dates of birth, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, bank account numbers, credit card numbers, and driver's license numbers when users register for the service. The Company may also collect transaction records and payment information containing users' personal information from transactions between users and business partners from the Company's business partners (including information providers, advertisers, advertising distributors, etc.; hereinafter referred to as "Business Partners").

Article 3 (Purposes of Personal Information Collection and Use)

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

1. The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining prior consent from users, except in the following cases. However, this excludes cases permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws and regulations:
   1. When it is necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, the recipient of such information shall not be considered a third party:
   1. When the Company outsources all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use
   2. When personal information is provided in connection with business succession due to merger or other reasons
   3. When personal information is jointly used with specific parties, and the individual is notified in advance or placed in a state where they can easily know about such joint use, the items of personal information to be jointly used, the scope of joint users, the purposes of use by the users, and the name or designation of the person responsible for managing such personal information

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

1. When the Company receives a request from an individual for disclosure of personal information, it will disclose such information to the individual without delay. However, if disclosure would fall under any of the following cases, the Company may not disclose all or part of such information, and if the Company decides not to disclose, it will notify the individual of such decision without delay. A handling fee of 1,000 yen per case will be charged for disclosure of personal information:

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, information other than personal information, such as history information and characteristic information, will not be disclosed in principle.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

1. Users may request the Company to correct, add, or delete personal information (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") according to procedures established by the Company when the personal information held by the Company about themselves is incorrect.
2. When the Company receives a request under the preceding paragraph from a user and determines that it is necessary to respond to such request, it will promptly perform the correction, etc. of the relevant personal information.
3. When the Company performs correction, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when it decides not to perform correction, etc., it will promptly notify the user of such action.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

1. When the Company receives a request from an individual to suspend or delete the use of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") on the grounds that the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purposes of use or that it was obtained by fraudulent means, the Company will promptly conduct necessary investigations.
2. Based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, if the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, it will promptly suspend the use, etc. of the relevant personal information.
3. When the Company suspends use, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when it decides not to suspend use, etc., it will promptly notify the user of such action.
4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, when suspension of use, etc. requires substantial costs or is otherwise difficult to implement, and alternative measures necessary to protect users' rights and interests can be taken, such alternative measures shall be implemented.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

1. The contents of this Policy may be changed without notification to users, except for matters otherwise specified in laws and regulations or this Policy.
2. Unless otherwise determined by the Company, the changed Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
